The Preventative Health/ Vaccine Department is proud to specialize in providing life-saving immunizations to children. Our location is staffed with fully trained and bilingual personnel who provide quality care to our young and adult clients. Along with vaccines, we provide other services at a low cost.
1) All recommended vaccines for children ages 0- 18 years
Price: $10 administration fee per child without Medicaid
* Price is for the entire visit, not per shot
* All immunizations are registered in ImmTrac

Immunization Schedules Adults ONLY (18 yrs- Older)
We do not administer vaccines to adults at this time but have provided a link above for you become knowledgeable in the vaccines that are recommended for individuals who are 18- older.
2) Sport Physicals
Price: $20
Call for Sports Organization Group rates as low as $15 per child
3) TB skin tests Price: $40
All clients: Foster, Child Care, Health Care and Community.
4) Cholesterol and Glucose screening Price: $20- These screenings are an important part of the overall health assessment of children and are done if health professionals feel that a child is at risk.

How much are the vaccines?
Vaccines are $14 per child. Yes, that includes all of the shots.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday thru Friday, 9:30AM - 2:30PM. Saturdays from 9:00AM - 12:00PM. Sundays by appointment only. Please call 469-254-5346 to schedule appointment. Walks are welcomed but there may be a wait time. You can schedule an appointment online or call us directly.
Do you accept private insurance?
No. At this time, we only accept Medicaid, credit card or cash.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, we do accept walk-ins. But it is always best to call in advance and we can set you up for a same day appointment within the same hour if possible.
Do I have to make an appointment?
Yes. If you are on Medicaid please try to make an appointment. This allows our staff tine to verify insurance and allow your clinic experience to move smoothly. To schedule an appointment, please call us at 682-422-4208 or 469-759-6999. You may also click on the link below to schedule.
What do I need to bring to my visit?
Please bring your child's shot record with you and your Medicaid card, if you are a Medicaid patient.
What if I don't have my child's shot record?
Please call your school or the last place you took your child to take their shots. If you are unable to locate the shot record, please come in for a visit and we will assist you in locating it. If you do not have your child's shot record we may be able to pull it up the Immtrac system for you.

We are located in the heart of Duncanville Texas at 402 W. Wheatland Road Ste 180 Duncanville TX 75116.
Do you provide mobile vaccine clinics?
Yes, We will come to your location such as schools to administer vaccines please contact the Vaccine coordinator at absolutetvfc@gmail.com for details.
Do you see adults?
No, we are a children's clinic that only sees patients 18 and under.
